Dynamic Rotating Skyscraper
While the video may be a bit dramatic, this rotating tower is easily one of the most magnificent conceptual ideas in kinetic architecture that has been created to date. The Dynamic Architecture building by David Fisher is designed to be an almost constantly rotating tower housing module-like apartments. Designed to be constantly changing its shape, the energy demand on this skyscraper will be incredible, however it is designed to create its own energy as well.
